Orphan Relief
Springs of Africa has been instrumental in handling funds for orphanages in both Eldoret and Kitale in Western Kenya. We now partner with other organizations in these areas to find sponsorship for the many orphans in need. Additionally, there are hundreds of orphans in the DOVE Africa Church bodies and many more in their local communities to whom we give priority.

Widow Relief
There is a high mortality rate especially in the rural areas of Kenya. Springs of Africa designates funds to widows, particularly those in the DOVE Africa Church bodies, to assist them through difficult times as they struggle to cover basic living costs for themselves and their children.
Men have been the primary bread winners as African women focus on keeping house, tending to the garden and raising children. In African culture children have been seen as a sign of wealth, therefore many families tend to have upwards of twelve children. WIth the husband gone, there remains a large role to fill financially for these women.
Many widows are members of the SAMF3 Program and have established their own businesses that today supply not only their needs, but for those of additional needy children they have taken in.
