 Apostolic / Pastor Support
Several DOVE Africa pastors that provide apostolic oversight in different regions receive designated support through SOA. This money is used to help leaders fulfill their role in visiting churches and ministering effectively in their regions.

Pastoral Training
It is vital for pastors and leaders to continually learn new ideas, attend seminars and workshops as well as receive Bible training. In Africa in particular, it is also essential to train on HIV / AIDS care and prevention especially in the rural areas.

Ministry Travel
The Omondi's continue to pastor a church in Nairobi, and give oversight to over 70 DCFA congregations in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and India. This involves traveling across the nations to mobilize pastors and church leaders for prayer, fellowship and networking. It also involves speaking out on issues that affect the Kenyan society.
Missionary Support - DOVE Missionaries
Some of the DOVE Africa missionaries are supported through Springs of Africa. DOVE Africa has eight missionaries on the field: six in Muslim communities in Kenya and two in India. They have received training, been blessed and sent by their local African church, however, the churches lack the means to fully support their needs on the mission field such as food, clothes, medicine, housing and transportation.

Missionary Support - Ibrahim and Diane Omondi
Ibrahim and Diane Omondi also receive some designated missions support through Springs of Africa.

Bible College
Training of pastors and potential church planters is going on continually thanks to the DOVE Bible College based in Nairobi which offers courses in Bible, Leadership and Missions. Teachers are drawn from a pool of qualified and experienced Christian leaders both in Kenya and from other nations, including the United States and England. Students attend six 2-week training sessions over a period of two years before being issued with a certificate of completion of the course. Because the training is carried out within the context of DCFA, we have seen tremendous fruit and consistent positive results as leaders are better equipped for church planting and for teaching their members from a strong biblical foundation. Most of those trained continue to serve as pastors or fill other leadership roles in their congregations.

  - Sponsoring one 2-week session - $100 per student
  - Sponsoring a full two-year course - $600 per student

Training Seminars
Springs of Africa facilitates training seminars in various locations around East Africa. These seminars range in duration from one day to one week, depending on the needs of the participants. We link trainers with needs and have been instrumental in setting up seminars on the varied topics of:

1 - HIV/AIDS
2 - Issues affecting young people
3 - Drug and alcohol abuse
4 - Missions
5 - Small Business Management
